 Expect warmth and elegance as you enter the third floor. The Chedoke Room, our largest room, is luxuriously appointed with cedar, parquet and broadloom; it also has movable walls which provides maximum flexibility for exhibits, meetings or banquets. Both mercury vapor and quartz lighting options allow for the creation of the perfect ambiance for any function. Exhibits are easily erected as there is a freight elevator which provides direct access to the Room.
The Webster Room close by is a versatile option suitable for a variety of functions; it is complimented with an adjacent lounge which overlooks downtown Hamilton. To help facilitate delegate registration, a permanent registration desk accommodating up to 10 people is conveniently located at the top of the escalators. It features built-in electrical outlets, telephone jacks, and storage space.
This level boasts the Hamilton Convention Centre's fully-equipped kitchen with chefs on staff capable for every level of sophistication for up to 1,900 people. Guests can enjoy some of the finest dining anywhere with French, Platter or Buffet Service available.
