COPPS COLISEUM
With a total of 117,000 sq, ft, of exhibition space, Copps Coliseum is ideally suited to handle events ranging in size from an intimate 4,000 concert bowl setting, 7,000 with upper bowl curtaining system east end stage set up, to a full-scale event for 19,000. The facility is flexible to any number of configurations owing to its retractable seating, backdrop draping and a versatile trussing system. Once the scale of an event is determined, the interior seating and floor space can be easily adapted and transformed to handle diverse and challenging set-ups as well as individual capacity requirements. Settings within Copps Coliseum can vary dramatically from ice, to multi-level stages, to a 2,000 cu.yd. dirt surface for a truck pull. Applications range from a professional hockey arena, concert venue, rehearsal hall and trade show set-up to a basketball court, convention hall or indoor track. GREAT HALL
The mainstay of Hamilton Place is the Great Hall -- one of North America's most expansive, acoustically superior halls. It is unique in that it functions as a proscenium theatre and concert hall, and is specially designed to deliver optimal acoustical results for each of the performing arts, providing clarity and brilliance for both the spoken work and musical presentations.

THE STUDIO AT HAMILTON PLACE
Adjacent to the Great Hall is the award winning Studio at Hamilton Place.
As Hamilton's premiere intimate showroom, the venue is particularly well suited to both theatrical and non-theatrical events and offers intimacy and versatility through multiple room and seating configurations. The theatre is used for a variety of live music concerts spanning all genres, small theatrical productions, fashion shows, lectures, movie premiers, rehearsals, wedding receptions and many other events.
The theatre's main floor and balcony seating can accommodate 300 in a cabaret table set-up, 400 with theatrical row seating and 550 for standing all ages.
The venue is fully licensed and has state of the art audio and lighting production and a portable stage with variable configurations.
Some recent highlight performances have included: Bruce Cockburn, Billy Bragg, Jesse Cook, Arkells, Kathleen Edwards, Gerry Dee, Cowboy Junkies, Steve Strongman, Protest The Hero, Lights, Joel Plaskett and The Trews.

The Hamilton Convention Centre provides 19 meeting rooms over 3 floors with a total exhibition space of 40,000 sq ft. (12,195 square metres), a total of over 52,000 sq ft. allowing flexibility for tradeshows and events from 2 to 2,000 guests. Our in-house catering, fully equipped kitchen with chefs on staff, is capable of preparing dishes to every level of sophistication, and our first class hospitality staff assist in personalizing any event or gala dinner for up to 1,400 guests at one time. Meeting and presentation equipment includes full audio visual services.
