Juno-award winning electropop group Dragonette will be performing live in The Studio at Hamilton Place on Friday, March 26 at 8:00 p.m.

Dragonette is made up of Canadian singer Martina Sorbara, Dan Kurtz, Joel Stouffer and Will Stapleton.  Originally called “The Fuzz”, the band’s first gigs were touring as support act for Duran Duran.  Since then, the band has gone on to support other major UK acts including New Order and the Sugababes.

Dragonette’s recent release Fixin To Thrill is their second studio album and was released in 2009.  This album is perfectly produced and carries digitally pleasing blends throughout.
