Great Hall - Capacity up to 2193 persons

  • One Performance - $2500 or 11% of Net Ticket Revenues, whichever is greater
  • Two performances (same day) - $3750 or 11% of Net Ticket Revenues, whichever is greater
  • Set-up/Rehersal Only - $1250 flat fee (Sunday - Thursday)

Studio at Hamilton Place - Capacity up to 500 persons depending on configuration

  • Single Day - One Performance - $1000
  • Single Day - Two Performances - $1500
  • Move-In/Set- up/Rehearsal Day - $500
  • These rates will include Front of House Staff (Ushers/Ticket Takers), Box Office Services, Credit Card Fees, Cash Bar Service and venue sounds and lights (not including stage labour)

MARKETING: We do have a full service marketing department that can provide services including access to discount rates for local media buys, media releases and in-house promotions, etc.  A fee is determined on your overall advertising purchase.

INSURANCE: $2 million dollar certificate of insurance coverage is required for the event.

DEPOSIT:  We do require a non-refundable deposit covering the full base rental fee along with a signed contract prior to making Box Office arrangements.

MERCHANDISE: 25%
