Rental Fee fact sheet ( pdf )
The fees listed for meeting rooms, include pencils, writing pads and ice water. Fees also include room set-ups in the following configurations; theatre, boardroom, hollow square, U-shape, T-shape and classroom (up to 100 chairs).
50% of the room rental fee will be charged for any group utilizing a room for reception purposes only; e.g., alcoholic beverages and hors d'oeuvres.
Full rental fee applies to a group wishing to utilize a room with the service of alcoholic beverages only.
No room rental fee will apply to a group over 50 people utilizing any space for a full course luncheon, a dinner or a dinner/dance. Additional labour charges may apply to groups having a meal function with less than 50 people.
Note: Trade/Consumer shows and exhibitions are charged based on a square footage rate. Move-in and move-out days, allow 50% off rate. Please inquire with Sales Dept. for further information at (905) 546-3000.
The outdoor Commonwealth Plaza is available for seasonal use.
