Donation Requests

HECFI IS PLEASED TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF HAMILTON

HECFI is a proud supporter of many charitable initiatives, and carefully considers each donation request that is received. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of inquiries, HECFI cannot personally respond to all messages, and is unable to approve every request. However, every effort is made to review donation requests in a timely and thorough manner.

Donation requests must be mailed on company letterhead, and should be directed to:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Event Name
  • Date of Event
  • Event Details
  • Registered Charity or Non-Profit Number
  • Delivery Address for Donation (if granted)
