Hamilton Place offers two distinct but equally impressive event spaces that are ideal for concerts, theatre productions, lectures, and more. The Great Hall

Capacity up to 2193 persons - The Great Hall at Hamilton Place is ideal for hosting concerts, live theatre, dance performance and more. For maximum value, book two performances on the same day. The Great Hall is also available for use as a rehearsal space.

 $2500 or 11% of Net Ticket Revenues
(whichever is greater)

 $3750 or 11% of Net Ticket Revenues
(whichever is greater)
Setup/Rehearsal Only
 $1250 flat fee
(Sunday-Thursday)


Additional Rental Information

  • Marketing - We have a full service marketing department that can provide services including access to discount rates for local media buys, media releases and in-house promotions, etc. A fee is determined on your overall advertising purchase.

  • Deposit - We require a non-refundable deposit covering the full base rental fee along with a signed contract prior to making Box Office arrangements.

  • Insurance - $2 million dollar certificate of insurance coverage is required for the event.

  • Merchandise - Hamilton Place collects a fee of 25% from all profit made on merchandise sold at events.
