HECFI Meetings

HECFI offers unique meeting facilities that can accommodate a broad range of event sizes and functional needs. The Hamilton Convention Centre houses 19 individual meeting rooms in addition to several large event spaces, and has an outdoor event space that is available for use during the warmer months. The venue features a top-of-the-line kitchen with on-site catering services, and a team of dedicated, professional event staff to ensure the best results for your corporate or private function.

Meeting rooms can be reconfigured as needed to meet specific event requirements, and are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. Want the simplicity of a pre-made meeting option? HECFI offers three day-meeting packages to make your planning easy.
