![]() The Hamilton Convention Centre provides an exhibition space of over 40,000 square feet (12,195 square metres) and over 52,000 square feet of total event space, allowing incredible flexibility for large-scale convention events. There are 19 meeting rooms available for use, as well as several elegant event spaces which can be configured to accommodate a variety of event types. A conveniently located four-bay loading dock is easily accessible to exhibitors and includes a large freight elevator capable of transporting small vehicles to the second and third levels, greatly reducing move-in and move-out times. An outdoor event space is also seasonally available to guests. Past conventions and exhibits held at the Hamilton Convention Centre include large corporate events, religious gatherings and job fairs. Copps Coliseum also offers ideal space for large conventions and exhibits, with a total of 117,000 square feet of exhibition space available. Retractable seating allows for 87,000 square feet of event space on one level by combining a large arena surface with the adjacent Exhibition Hall. An additional 30,000 square feet of space is offered on the Concourse Level. A street level ramp provides direct vehicle access to the arena and Exhibition Hall level, and the availability of four loading bays greatly reduces move-in and move-out time for exhibitors. Media facilities (including a TV studio), dressing locker rooms and a First Aid room are also located on this level. Full catering services are available at both venues.
